Mr Sandy trained in medicine at Westminster Hospital and undertook ophthalmic training at the Western Ophthalmic Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital, including a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic surgery at Moorfields. His specialist interests include cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery, tear drainage surgery and cataract surgery.
