Wavefront - A diagnosis that determines if an eye has aberrations (higher and lower order) that would benefit from a wavefront-guided process in laser refractive surgery. A detailed map of the eye is then transferred to the laser via computer software. This technique improves visual outcomes for night vision, with glare, halos and starbursts.
