Eye Hospital Open Evenings

Eye Hospital Open Evenings
We know that we provide a first-class service – but we want you to feel confident in us, too. Coming to an Optegra open evening is the perfect way for you to find out about how our team, our hospital and our wide range of treatments could literally change your life.

Our next open evening
Surrey Eye Hospital – 22nd September 2010

Come and meet Optegra’s consultant ophthalmologist Mr Michael Jeffrey MB, ChB, DO, FRCS(Ed), FRCOphth, a renowned expert in the field of refractive surgery, who will be sharing his expert knowledge on eye health and will answer your questions on why Optegra is the right choice for laser vision correction.

The evening will start at 6.30pm with a drinks reception, followed by a presentation by Mr Michael Jeffrey. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to talk to Mr. Jeffrey to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding our procedures. You are invited to bring along your spectacle or contact lens prescriptions to get a more accurate answer on whether you are suitable for refractive laser eye surgery.

Spaces are limited, so book your free place today by calling 0800 358 0825 or email icare@optegra.com

Venue:
Surrey Eye Hospital,
10 Alan Turing Road,
Surrey Research Park,
Guildford,
GU2 7YF

What to expect
When you arrive you will be welcomed by our team, who will do everything they can to ensure you feel relaxed and completely comfortable. There will be plenty of opportunity to chat with one another as well as with our ophthalmologists and eye care surgeons, before sitting down to hear all about Optegra and available procedures.

After one of our surgeons has explained about our hospital, our team and our range of procedures, you will be able to ask any questions or raise any concerns that you may have. We purposely keep our open evenings informal, so you should not hesitate to ask us anything you like.

You will then be given a complete, guided tour of our hospital. We will show you around the consultation rooms, the treatment rooms and our recovery suite: we believe in building confidence and trust right from the start, and the more that you see and understand, the less daunting it will feel.

Many of our patients ask to have an individual consultation arranged at the end of the open evening. Others prefer to go home and think it over, or talk it through with friends and family. Either way, you will be glad you have seen and heard about Optegra first-hand: after all, an informed decision is a confident one
