What to expect
When you arrive you will be welcomed by our team, who will do everything they can to ensure you feel relaxed and completely comfortable. There will be plenty of opportunity to chat with one another as well as with our ophthalmologists and eye care surgeons, before sitting down to hear all about Optegra and available procedures.
After one of our surgeons has explained about our hospital, our team and our range of procedures, you will be able to ask any questions or raise any concerns that you may have. We purposely keep our open evenings informal, so you should not hesitate to ask us anything you like.
You will then be given a complete guided tour of our hospital. We will show you around the consultation rooms, the treatment rooms and our recovery suite: we believe in building confidence and trust right from the start, and the more that you see and understand, the less daunting it will feel.
Many of our patients ask to have an individual consultation arranged at the end of the open evening. Others prefer to go home and think it over, or talk it through with friends and family. Either way, you will be glad you have seen and heard about Optegra first-hand: after all, an informed decision is a confident one.
