We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our brand new Hospital in Kings Hill, Kent. You’ll work along our clinical teams ensuring a first-class patient service for managing the reception area, greeting and directing patients and visitors in a professional manner, making up patient files and undertaking general administration.

Requirements

In return for all of the above, you will be an exceptional Administrator with some reception experience, ideally gained in Hospital, GP, Dental or private practice.

You will have:

  • Minimum of one years experience as an administrator in an NHS, GP or a Private Hospital
  • Be driven to provide excellent outcomes for our patients
  • Commercially aware with passion for delivering high standards of customer service
  • Consistent professional attitude demonstrated to all colleagues and customers; personable, confident and articulate at all times.
  • Experience of customer billing/accounts is useful.

You’ll work full time, averaging of 37.5 hours per week covering shifts from Tuesday to Friday, 7.30am and 5.30pm.
