BANK Reception / Admin
Date: 9 January 2022
We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Bank Workers at Optegra Eye Hospital, Surrey.
As a Bank Worker you will be offered work placements in support of clinical activity, as and when required. Through these placements, you work alongside our dedicated hospital team to support our patient pathways.
In doing so, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and directing patients and visitors in a professional manner, making up patient files and undertaking general administration
Bank staff work irregularly as requested and therefore no guarantee of regular or continuous work is made. Bank staff are not obliged to accept casual placements, but once agreed, attendance is expected.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience of working in a front of house/face to face customer service role. You be well organised, able to prioritise and cope well with pressure.
