Requirements

In return for all of the above, you will be an exceptional Recruitment/HR Administrator with a passion for providing the highest quality customer services and have demonstrable  experience, ideally gained in a fast paced high volume setting.

Optegra is undergoing an exceptional period of growth and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment / HR Administrator to join our team to provide effective, efficient and accurate support, throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle from advertising to onboarding new starters. This role requires someone who can work autonomously on the full recruitment process and is comfortable with proactively sourcing candidates through social platforms. .

A key part of the role will be the candidate management, ensuring that our potential new hires have an amazing experience before they even join. Although it is just as important once they do join; making sure they are setup for success through effective onboarding processes.

Working closely with the Talent Business Partner, the Recruitment / HR Administrator will work towards our direct recruitment targets and assist the Talent Business Partner in researching and working with social and specialist media platforms for effective external advertising when needed.

You will:

– Compile job adverts/job descriptions ready to advertise

– Post job adverts on various job boards and social media platforms

– Obtain references and carry out any pre employment checks

– Manage the onboarding process, including arranging onboarding/induction meetings

– Support HR department in any administrative requirements.

You will have:

– Previous experience in a fast paced volume environment

– Extensive previous recruitment experience in a similar role including previous experience of direct sourcing and full recruitment cycle

– Confident in using proactive search methods, with previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source active and passive candidates

– Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills

– You are highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

– You are quick to build strong relationships both internally and externally

– Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages

– An eager eye for detail is imperative as is the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise a heavy workload

– Experience of communicating at all levels within the organisation

– A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities

– Experience of large scale recruitment desirable.

This role is hybrid working, with some work from home and some work from our Head Office in Colindale. on average you would likely work 2 day in the office and 3 days from home. This is a fixed term contract for six-months.
