I graduated from the London Hospital Medical College in 1995 and then undertook further training while working in Kings College Hospital in London, Sussex Eye Hospital and Southampton Eye Unit. This included specialist medical retina training at the Southampton Eye Unit. I specialise in the treatment of retinal disease and cataract surgery and have been a full time consultant in Southampton Eye unit since January 2009 specialising in Medical retinal disorders. I joined Optegra Eye Hospital Hampshire in 2010.
I regularly train eye surgeons in cataract surgery, intravitreal injections and clinical practice. I am also the College tutor for Ophthalmology at Southampton Eye Unit.
I have previously undertaken Eye camps in Burma.
