Our customers are important to us, so we’ve responded to your requests for longer call centre opening hours. And our dedicated advisors are now available to help you from 8:00 in the morning all the way through until 8:00 in the evening – Monday to Friday.
You can call us between 9:00 – 4:00pm on Saturdays, too.
When you’re busy at work all day, we understand it’s not always possible to make the time to talk to us about your eye health care during the working day; That’s why we’ve decided to extend our call centre opening hours by a further two hours in the evening – to give you plenty of time to call us, at your convenience, when you get home from work.
