1) Subject to these terms and conditions, this offer is redeemable against the cost of either laser eye surgery or refractive lens replacement surgery (the "Surgery") to both eyes provided by Optegra UK Limited ("Optegra"). This offer applies to the cost of the Surgery only. This offer does not include Cataract surgery. Laser eye surgery or refractive lens replacement is subject to Optegra’s standard terms and conditions; the current copy of which can be obtained from each of our hospitals or by writing to Optegra Finance department, 11/13 Frederick Sanger Road, The Surrey Research Park, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7YD.

2) This promotion is valid for either laser eye surgery or refractive lens replacement surgery consultations booked between the 2nd January 2017 and 31st March 2017 with one of the participating Optegra Eye Hospitals: Optegra Eye Hospital Birmingham, Optegra Eye Hospital Hampshire, Optegra Eye Hospital Manchester, Optegra Eye Hospital North London, Optegra Eye Hospital London, Optegra Eye Hospital Surrey, Optegra Eye Clinic Leeds (Yorkshire), or Optegra Eye Hospital Yorkshire.

3) Subject to the terms and conditions of this promotion, any person who books a consultation between 2nd January 2017 and 31st March 2017 will receive a discount of £500 off laser eye surgery or £500 off refractive lens replacement surgery, off the total cost of their Surgery. For this offer to remain valid, surgery has taken place at a participating Optegra hospital or outreach clinic before the 31st March 2017.

4) The promotion will be valid in the event of the laser eye surgery consultation or refractive lens replacement surgery consultation being cancelled by Optegra at no fault of the presenter and subsequently re-booked after 31st March 2017

5) The promotion will not be valid if the consultation is cancelled by the presenter and subsequently re-booked for a date later than 31st March 2017.

6) This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer. One promotion per person.

7) This promotion is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
 

8) Optegra reserve the right to alter or terminate this promotion at any time.

Refer a Friend (Boots Vouchers)

1. This promotion is exclusively open to patients of Optegra UK Limited ("Optegra") who have fully completed eye surgery and have paid for it in full ("Referring Patients") who recommend Optegra to their friends or family (the "Friend"). 

2. Subject to these terms and conditions, if the Friend undergoes laser eye surgery or refractive lens replacement surgery ("Surgery") to both eyes at a participating Optegra hospital the Friend will receive £300 off the full price of laser eye surgery or £500 off the full price of refractive lens replacement surgery (in each case as specified on the Optegra website page for each procedure) and the Referring Patient will receive a £50 Boots voucher on the Friends attendance at consultation, and £150 worth of Boots vouchers being rewarded when the Friend has completed their surgery. This offer does not include Cataract surgery​.

3. Participants may enter this promotion at any participating Optegra Hospital. These are; Optegra Eye Hospital Birmingham, Optegra Eye Hospital Hampshire, Optegra Eye Hospital Manchester, Optegra Eye Hospital North London, Optegra Eye Hospital Surrey, Optegra Eye Hospital Yorkshire and Optegra Eye Hospital London.
 
4. The Referring Patient should provide their details on the postcard, and hand it to the Friend. The Friend will then provide their details and present this at their consultation.
 
5. The Friend must book a consultation at a participating Optegra Hospital and their Surgery must take place within 6 months of the date of their consultation.

6. When the Friend has attended their consultation, the Referring Patient will be sent via the post a £50 Boots vocuher. When the Friend has completed and paid for their Surgery, the Referring Patient will be sent via the post a £150 worth of Boots vouchers. If you do not receive a voucher, please contact Optegra on 0808 169 2538 or eyecare@optegra.com. 

7. Each Friend may only be referred by one Referring Patient and may only receive one discount off their Surgery.

8. Referring Patients may refer as many Friends as they like and will be entitled to £200 Boots vouchers for each Friend who completes their Surgery in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
 
9. If the Friend is unsuitable for Surgery or the Friend cancels the Surgery the Referring Patient will not receive the £150 worth of Boots vouchers. 
 
10. If you attempt to enter this promotion without using the method specified above we may not be able to link the Referring Patient and the Friend to allow either person to benefit from the promotion. Optegra accepts no responsibility for any Referring Patient or Friend who does not receive their voucher or discount as a result of failure to use the method specified above. 
 
11. This offer applies to the cost of the Surgery only and excludes any follow-up appointments or diagnostic tests. 15. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and of Optegra's privacy policy, a copy of which can be found on the website. Participants consent to their personal details being used for the purpose of administering this promotion.

Price Match Guarantee

We will match the price of any treatment any provider from any quality provider in England, if they are providing exactly the same service as we are offering but with a better price and are within a 10 mile radius of any of our Optegra eye hospitals. The price match will look at the type of service provided and will include consideration for the level of the experts that will conduct the initial consultation all the way through to treatment, the technology that is used and the aftercare service included. To match the price we need a written copy of the quotation, not a guide price or preliminary price.
 

20 20 Guarantee or your money back 

Available to all laser eye surgery patients confirmed by an Optegra Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon consultant prior to treatment as suitable for 20 20 results. The measurement must be conducted by an Optegra Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at least 12 months after treatment or three months after any enhancements. Any limiting factors on achieving 20 20 that is outside of the treatment will compromise the guarantee. The aftercare plan and treatment protocol outlined by Optegra at the time of surgery must be adhered to.

5.2 Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of use upon which you are permitted to use our website, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions: -

5.2.1 immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our website;
