What are the symptoms of cataracts?

Many people who have cataracts compare it to looking through a frosty window. However, most cataracts develop slowly and only affect a small part of your eye, so it can sometimes be hard to detect early on. The first signs and symptoms include cloudy vision, frequent changes in your prescription thereby requiring changes to your spectacles, difficulty seeing at night, glare and haloes, sensitivity to bright lights and double vision in a single eye.
