As a keen cross stitcher, clear vision was very important to Lis. “I sew all day every day, making everything from wedding samplers to thank you cards and gifts for family and friends” she said.
However, Lis noticed that she was struggling to differentiate between the colours of the threads and was completing work by feel rather than what she could actually see. She was also struggling to see number plates on cars and was at the point of stopping driving altogether.
