The outcomes of a recent Which? report reviewing the laser eye industry concluded that hospital-based providers of laser and RLE procedures, such as Optegra, offer patients the highest level of service. Companies offering these procedures were measured against six different variables, including explanation of the procedure, listening and responding to patient concerns and overall customer service, with hospital-based providers scoring 91% in customer satisfaction, significantly higher than high street companies.
