From -10 to zero prescription

I had my first eye surgery with Optegra 14 years ago. I was very short sighted (approx -10 prescription in both eyes). I had considered Laser treatment before this from other eye clinics but was nervous. After visiting Optegra, all options were discussed with me, one of which was ICL treatment (Implantable contact Lenses). The consultant put me at ease with the advice given. I proceeded to have the surgery. The results were literally breath-taking - better than 20:20 vision and out and about the next day. I was looked after impeccably throughout at every stage. This treatment lasted right through (13 years) until the point where I needed to have cataract surgery. I returned to Optegra, who were able to remove the ICLs and replace the cataracts with prescription lenses. I then had a brief laser top up in one eye to give complete sharpness. I now have zero prescription. Absolutely outstanding results from someone that was so very short sighted. I was looked after and cared for to the highest degree at every stage. Every single member of staff were completely professional in every aspect. Procedures were always discussed in detail, which helped with putting me at ease. I cannot rate Optegra and the team highly enough.
