We pride ourselves on building a relationship that is based on trust, honesty and completely individual care and attention for all of our patients.
At your initial consultation, you will meet your dedicated eye care surgeon, who will be with you right the way through your time with us. Before any treatment begins, however, the team will spend around an two hours with you and examining your eyes in detail. This will include seeing Optegra's resident optometrist and your consultant surgeon. This will give them an incredibly detailed understanding of your condition and your needs, along with any special requirements that may not be immediately obvious.
The time that your surgeon spends with you will enable them to develop the perfect blend of treatments for your eyes, and will explain what these are, how they will work, and why they will give you the best possible results.
If you, your family or your friends have any questions or concerns in the days following your consultation, your surgeon or a member of our care team will be only too happy to provide you with all the reassurance and answers that you need.
