Making what could be a penance into a pleasure
From the time you enter the building, everything is first class. While one waits, there is a very good free coffee machine, and one calms nerves watching videos of animals and nature. On entry into the main area, the staff are friendly and not too heavy about everything. The initial steps are done efficiently and with a smile. Having the operation while not a pleasure is done so calmly and in a friendly manner, that it helps relaxation. After the op, in the main room, again the aftermath is done in a friendly and helpful way, before you leave.
