Speciality: Uveitis, Medical Retina, Complex Cataracts, Ophthalmic Ultrasound

Mr Tarin is a consultant ophthalmic surgeon at Eye Infirmary, New Cross Hospital Wolverhampton.

He holds the fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and has undergone fellowship training in the management of Uveitis and Medical Retina conditions at Bristol Eye Hospital, Bristol.

In addition to having in depth experience in general ophthalmic conditions, he has a special interest in the assessment, diagnosis and management of all forms of Uveitis and ocular inflammatory conditions, management of Medical Retina cases including Macular and Diabetic Retinopathy and Ophthalmic Ultrasound.

He has a particular interest in complicated cataract surgery including cataract surgery in uveitis. He has more than 10 years experience in ophthalmic ultrasound, being lead consultant in this field in Eye Infirmary, Wolverhampton.

He is actively involved in training and research and has published a number of scientific papers. He has also given presentations at various meetings.
