Mr Jay Dermott

Mr Jay Dermott is a registered optometrist with over 20 years clinical and academic experience from various roles including a senior management position for a leading surgical vision correction company in the UK.  Jay has extensive experience in training and coaching and in outcomes and company data analysis, with a special interest in wavefront-guided laser eye surgery. He contributes to distance learning courses in refractive surgery at the University of Ulster and Aston University for qualified opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists He is Eye Sciences Manager at Optegra and a Senior Lecturer at City and Islington College, London.
