Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Burton NHS Trust and Head of the Ophthalmology Department at Queens Hospital in Burton. Mr Rauf trained at the highly regarded Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and has extensive experience in many fields of ophthalmic speciality. Mr Rauf currently performs approximately 1,000 surgical operations annually of which nearly 500 are cataract operations. He is heavily involved in tutoring and teaching through the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and in local post graduate teaching programmes.
